Jeremy Radabaugh

Born and raised in Preston County, Jeremy Radabaugh received a degree in Economics from West Virginia University. Now, Jeremy has been calling Morgantown home for the past 20 years and is the owner of Radabaugh & Associates. His mission is to help his community by giving them the right advice to protect them from life’s unknown risks adequately. When he is not in the office, Jeremy enjoys traveling with his wife, Amanda, and son, Eli, and fly-fishing to simply relax while standing in the stream and taking in the beauty of his home state.

In his spare time, Jeremy uses his drum playing talents he’s honed since 12 years of age to play at his local church. Additionally, is an avid supporter of Stepping Stones, a local organization that provides year-round recreation for children and adults with disabilities.

Jamie Hefner

From a small town in Ohio, Jamie Hefner has worked in the insurance industry for over three years. She finds it rewarding that what she does as a profession is able to helps others while protecting them and their families.

When she’s not at work, Jamie enjoys spending her time outdoors and admiring the scenery change from season to season. On weekends, she spends time with her family and friends while indulging on either cupcakes or ice cream.

Like a true Agent of Change, Jamie believes in giving back which is why she volunteers at her church in whichever way she can.

Ellen Radabaugh is our wonderful Office Manager who has been in the insurance industry for almost six years. She enjoys helping our customers feel safe and secure like she does for her own family.

She’s a proud grandmother of seven grandchildren who ages range from 2-15 years old; Ashton, Levi, Sarah, Aspen, Max, Cate and Eli.

We can confidently say she’s a family person and loves enjoying her time with family and friends.

Darren Hern

Originally from Morgantown and Fairmont, Darren Hern, has been in the industry for about two and a half years as our Trusted Advisor for Property and Casualty Insurance. Prior, he was a sales manager for 12 years. Darren finds the most rewarding aspect of his job to be educating and protecting his clients from what life can throw at them.

As an avid fisherman, Darren likes to practice environmental conservation to preserve the natural beauty of the water for others to enjoy. When not on the water, Darren will be in the mountains. Or maybe singing in his home studio like he did when he was in a band. Till this day he is a member of Trout Unlimited.

Elizabeth Esteep is a seasoned insurance specialist with 24 years in the industry concentrating on Property & Casualty and Workers Compensation. She finds it most rewarding to gain her customers trust and ensure that her team members feel valued as well.

Raised in a little town of Delbarton, WV, Elizabeth considers herself lucky to have grown up in an area rich in coal mining history. She also enjoys talking about her children, grandchildren and great grandchild!

In her spare time, Elizabeth likes playing the piano, singing and attempting to master the accordion. She teaches Sunday School at her local church and creates crafts with children. She further embodies a model citizen by helping those in her community who do not have the means for transportation to do everything day errands.

Wesley Smith

Wesley recently joined the insurance industry, but often questions why he waited so long. His favorite part of his job is being able to educate and help people with insuring the things that are most important to them.

Growing up in Preston County, West Virginia, Wesley graduated from Fairmont State University with a BS degree in Management of Information Systems. He has 6 wonderful children, and spends most of his day talking about what living with 4 boys and 2 girls means. When Wesley is not at work he’s out [trying to] attending as many Pittsburgh Pirates games as possible.

When he’s not with the rest of the Smiths, you can find Wesley in the woods bow hunting or learning wood work with his father. He is also super passionate about coaching kids in baseball and has a dream to one day see the end of homelessness.
